Aiz vārtiem kāds klusi mirst
Tas klusē, jo vārdu par daudz
Viņš klusēs līdz sirdspuksti stāsies un sāpes būs prom
Kad viņa nebūs šeit vairs
Viņš miglā gaidīs un vēros līdz debesis iemigs un apstāsies laiks
Naids liks viņam no pelniem celties
Ceļš būs brīvs un nebūs kur krist
Nemanot pat ēnu, viņš paslīdēs Tev garām
Nedzirdot pat soļus, viņš pārnāks mājās
Nāves atbalss izskan miglā
Tā sauc viņu gan nomodā, gan miegā
Viņa paša aicināta, viņa paša izsaukta
Tā nāk un viņš dosies tai līdzi
Klusējot viņš mirst
Ir par vēlu, viņa gars ir salauzts
Tas aiziet neatvadījies
Tas aiziet, lai atgrieztos
Par vēlu, vārti jau ciet
Par vēlu, jau dzīvība dziest
Par vēlu, jau acīs tam tumsa
Drīz sāksies jauns ceļš
Tas aizies un pārnāks kā grēks
Laid viņu, tas nerunās vairs
Lai aizsaule dziedē un spēku tam dod
Naids liks viņam no pelniem celties
Ceļš būs brīvs un nebūs kur krist
Nemanot pat ēnu, viņš paslīdēs Tev garām
Nedzirdot pat soļus, viņš pārnāks mājās
Aiz vārtiem kāds klusi mirst
Tas klusē, jo vārdu par daudz
Viņš klusēs līdz sirdspuksti stāsies un sāpes būs prom
Kad viņa nebūs šeit vairs
Viņš miglā gaidīs un vēros līdz debesis iemigs un apstāsies laiks
Very late to this, but I'm glad I found it. The very brand of melodic death/doom I savor so much. Soaring leads, haunting riffs, and melancholic vocals. Everything I hold dearest in music. Brett (Lascaille's Shroud / Soulmass)
A truly stellar death/doom album with heavy doses of black metal. Tracks like Isolation, Child of Light, and Broken Hymns deliver the sorrowful and icy tone of this album, elevated by the stirring cello compositions of Raphael Weinroth-Browne. The album delivers a deeply satisfying crescendo in Becoming Intangible before stirring the soul once again with Epilogue. Matt Richardson
There's something about Immensity's take on the genre that is far more immersive and emotive than average, and it lies in those lengthy, dynamic tracks that feel like they're telling a story with their melodies and sound manipulation. Looking for a potential breath of fresh air in death doom? This album may be for you.
